Preparations
Setup rooms, session types and topics
Before you start planning the program, insert your rooms and categories in the "Program planning > Settings" section.
Categories are tags that are generally used to group the program by either session types or session topics. You can define the categories individually, giving you the flexibility to plan any session format you like.

Publishing your program
As soon as you want to publish your program, you can prepare this in the following ways:
Checking for duplicates
In the "Program planning > Persons > Merge duplicates" area, you will see a list of persons whose profiles have a high degree of similarity and who you can merge.
Checking personnel conflicts
Under "Program planning > Conflicts", you can check for persons with possible conflicts, e.g. due to time overlaps or bottlenecks.
Numbering
Once the program is finalised and not many changes are expected, you can get a better overview and orientation by assigning session and presentation numbers.
