Overview

Programme planner or session planner?

If you are using the session planner rather than the program planner, the following instructions are relevant:

If you would like to schedule contributors, sessions and events or use the graphical planning overview, please contact us!

Preparations

Setup rooms, session types and topics

Before you start planning the program, insert your rooms and categories in the "Program planning > Settings" section.

Categories are tags that are generally used to group the program by either session types or session topics. You can define the categories individually, giving you the flexibility to plan any session format you like.
