Add chairs / moderators

After you have created a session, a lecture or a (non-scientific) event, you can link the tasks "Moderation" and "Chair" to people using the corresponding tabs.

  • Open the "Moderation" or "Chair" tab,

  • select the person from the list of "Available moderators" or "Available chairs" (on the right),

  • confirm your selection with e.g. Assign selected moderators (at the end of the list).

The selected person now appears on the left-hand side, e.g. under "Active moderators".


Alternatively: Add new moderator/chair
If a person does not exist in the list of available moderators, click the button Add new moderator.

Any number of persons can be added as chairs/presenters.
