Navigate to
> Abstracts & Reviews
> Manage reviews
> Reviewers <-> Topics
The view provides an overview of the reviewers and their topics.
Select "Enable automatic allocation of abstracts and topics to the reviewer"
Confirm your selection with
Save allocation.
Assignment despite conflict of interest
You will be notified that one or more abstracts have not been assigned due to bias. The notification will appear if the reviewer submitted the abstract.

If you want to assign the abstract despite the reviewer's bias, do the following:
Check the option "Assign even if the reviewer is the author of a paper".
