Send login details

User management


As an organiser, you want to email the access details to a reviewer or invited speaker.

Navigate to
> User
> Manage user


Step 1: Open the user account

  1. Filter by role, e.g. author or reviewer, and enter the name or email address of the user you are looking for in the search field on the right. Click the Search button.

  2. Select the user you are looking for from the list of results and click the pencil icon next to their role to edit their details.

The detailed view will open.

Note: The options for possible roles and associated mailings are different for the "Submission" and "Review/Planning" areas. Please ensure you select the correct area.

Step 2: Send login data

Scroll down to the "Assign role" section.

a) In the "Submission" section, edit people with the "Author" and "Invited Speaker" roles.

b) In the "Review/Planning" area, edit people with the roles "Reviewer", "Management" and "Moderator".

Click Send new login data if you want to send the new login data to the e-mail address stored for the selected user. A standard email will be sent, which cannot be customised.

Optional: Send prepared invitation emails

Click

  • Send invitation to speakers (if an email is prepared for speakers)

  • Send invitation to reviewers (if an email is prepared for reviewers) 

if you would like to send the selected user a prepared invitation mailing to the email address provided. These mailings need to be created beforehand, please contact us if required.
