Check assignment
After you have assigned the abstracts to the reviewers, you want to check whether the abstracts have been assigned correctly.
Navigate to
> Abstracts & Reviews
> Manage reviews
> Reviewer <–> Abstracts
The view is divided into
left: the list of reviewers
right: the list of abstracts
above the lists: filter options
Are all abstracts assigned?
Sort the ‘RV’ (reviewer) column in descending order in the list of abstracts on the right. Entries with the value = 0 have no assignment:

Is the allocation to the reviewers correct?
Check overall distribution
In the list of reviewers, compare the numbers in the ‘Abstracts’ column.
Example: John Doe has to review 10, Jane Doe has to review 8 abstracts:
Check allocation by topic
You would like to check whether the number of abstracts assigned per topic is correct?
In the filter area, check that the ‘Connect selection’ box is ticked.
Open the topic overview by clicking on ‘Select from list’. Here you can mark the topic you want to review. Confirm by clicking on
Save topic selection.
Confirm your selection by clicking on
Filter by selected criteria

Export list of assignments to Excel
To check the number of abstracts for each topic that have been assigned to the reviewers, please refer to the ‘Assignments’ report.
