Settings

To assign a keyword to your program items in addition to the selected "Category", you need to add topics.

Important: If you do not need event formats for your conference, but would like to group your program thematically, create topics in the "Categories" area.

Add a topic

Navigate to
Program planning
> Settings
> Topics


Click the Add topic button. A form will open.
You can create as many topics as you like.

  • Topic name
    Enter a name for the topic.

  • Address, http://...
    Leave blank – only needed in special cases.

  • Save your settings by clicking Save.


Change order

You can change the order of the topics by dragging and dropping them.

But note: Pay attention to the order!
The order of the topics affects the sorting of the topics in your program.



Assign colors

Colors are assigned either at the category level (default) or at the topic level.

If you would like to assign colors to your topic groups rather than your categories, please contact us!
