Exports

Under the Reports tab, you can export the abstract data as an Excel file. For each project phase there is a main report and advanced reports on different topics.

Navigate to
> Statistics & Downloads
> Reports

1. Main Submission Report

Abstract title and number
Presentation type — differentiated between "submitted" and "final
Topic and topic abbreviation — differentiated between "submitted" and "final
Address data of first authors, presenters, submitters
List of authors and institutes
Results of queries, e.g. "Participation in the poster competition?

2. Report with Co-Authors

In the report "(co-)author data" you will find:

Abstract information and metadata
a detailed overview of co-authors with institutes

3. Main Review Report

All information on the main report submission PLUS
Number of ratings
Overall score
Deviation
Overall score of each reviewer
Comments and recommendations

4. Main Program / Session Report

All information on the main report submission PLUS
Session title
Room(s)
Dates and times
Abstracts scheduled in sessions
Length of presentation
