Find unplanned abstracts

Search for abstracts

You need to see which abstracts have been accepted but not yet scheduled?

Navigate to
> Abstracts & Reviews (with review process)
> Abstracts (without review process)

1. Open the filter in the abstract overview by clicking on "Filter abstracts".

2. Select the status "accepted" AND the status "unplanned".

3. Confirm your selection by clicking the button Filter by selected criteria.

Sample result

To 1: Abstract A-122 is scheduled. You can open the session and edit the schedule by clicking on the linked session number in the column "Planned.

To 2: Abstract A-303 is not scheduled. To schedule it, go to the
> Programme planning respectively
> Session planning
